Brokers Should Dress Like Piolo Pascual

I have been with too many Real Estate Brokers who present property wearing just jeans or shorts. No wonder we are not treated like professionals in this country. We don’t get respect because most of us don’t clothe ourselves respectably.

It’s time for a change!

In this article, Piolo Pascual, considered one of the best dressed in his industry, imparts a simple advise on dressing. It may be impossible to look like him, but at least we can dress respectable like him. Casual, but elegant can work in most of our viewings.

Even if we don’t close the sale, at least we gain some respect if we dress well.

PRC Advisory: For Real Estate Appraisers

February 2012 Real Estate Appraisers – Approved Resolution for Registration Without Examination of Real Estate Service

Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) will start on March 8, 2012 but not later than March 23, 2012 at the Registration Division Ground Floor Unit C, Window 27. The Oath taking ceremonies of the Real Estate Service practitioners for Consultants, Appraisers and Brokers, to be held on April 18, 2012 at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila at 1:00 o’ clock in the afternoon. Those who were included in the prior approved resolutions may opt to attend the oath taking.

PRC ADVISORY: Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination

In the light of a communication from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) through Atty. Julito D. Vitriolo that it is not inclined to issue an equivalency evaluation for applicant-graduates from foreign colleges and universities for the Real Estate Brokers licensure examination on March 18, 2012, the Commission is constrained not to accept applicant-graduates from abroad.
