Welcome.The owner of this blog is Jonas Montemayor (photo is at the right). He was born on the 11th day of February 1976 in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. His father, Jaime (deceased), was a businessman while his mother, Eden, is stockholder and Vice President of Paladin Security. He grew up in a happy and rowdy home with three younger brothers and their names are: Justin, Jericho and James.
He was a Psychology major and after getting his Bachelor of Arts diploma, he immediately worked as an Insurance Sales Agent for PhilAm Insurance. After a decade of being an agent, he decided to venture in Realty Brokerage. So, he studied the trade, took the licensing exam, and got his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2009. Thereafter, he continued to learn from Philippine realty’s top brokers and joined the Pasay Makati Realtors Board, a Philippine Association of Realtors Boards chapter.
